Ordering a Product
You can either email or call or toll-free number to place an order. For your own protection, please do not send any credit card information in an email. If you are placing an order by email we will follow up with a phone call to get your credit card information. Please feel free to ask any questions prior to making a purchase.
Ordering Instructions
Please include your full name, complete mailing address and phone number on your order. Include the name of the product and specific details such as colour number, quantity, or required yards/metres.
Payment
All prices are in Canadian dollars. The River Gallery accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express as methods of payment.
Taxes
Canadian customers in provinces outside of NB, NL, NS and ONT pay GST only.
NB, NL and NS customers pay HST.
ONT customers pay GST and PST.
For US and International orders there are no taxes collected on your purchase from the River Gallery but you may be responsible for customs duties or fees levied by your own government upon receipt of your goods.
Shipping Policy
On orders more than $250.00 before taxes; there will be no shipping charges within Canada . (Please note: Rug hooking frames are excluded from this offer). For orders less than $250.00 you will be charged the actual shipping amount plus applicable taxes; we do not charge a handling fee. We send all of our parcels using Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service. With this method, your parcel is insured and it can be tracked.
In most circumstances we ship within 24 hours Monday through Friday; unless the product you requested is temporarily out of stock or on back order. We will inform you if that is the case and you can choose to have it shipped when it arrives or to cancel your order.
Return Policy
The River Gallery is proud to offer quality products and strives to have our customers pleased with both our service and your purchases. Our customers are our most valuable asset so if you are unsatisfied in any way; please do not hesitate to contact us with your concerns.
The River Gallery can not accept returns based on customer dissatisfaction with colour or print of fabric. Please be aware that due to the personal user settings and differences in monitors, the River Gallery cannot be held accountable if the colours are not a match to what is viewed on your computer. Please feel free to ask any questions prior to making a purchase.
